With support from some community members and businesses, students from the Upper Cape Tech Culinary Arts program are competing in a state wide cooking competition for just the second time. That Girl In The Morning (Cat Wilson) had the chance to find out about the unique cooking challenge from Chef Joseph Ellia and his students.
