The Barnstable Town Band invites everyone to our 2014 Summer Concert Series. Concerts are on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM starting July 2nd and run weekly through August 27. We will also present a concert immediately following the 4th of July parade. The concerts are at the band shell on the village green behind town hall. All concerts are free. There are no seats provided for the audience, but the lawn area in front of the bandstand is open. It is wheelchair accessible and lawn chairs are welcome. There is plenty of space for kids to play, or for the family to have a picnic. The band plays a crowd-pleasing mix of show tunes, pop tunes, classics, marches, etc. It’s a great way for friends and family, four to ninety-four, to spend an evening together. We hope to see you there.
