Wingate Residences at Brewster Place will welcome Bill Burke for a talk on the history and significance of many Cape Cod shipwrecks on Friday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. as part of the community’s author and lecture series. Burke is a U.S. National Park Service employee who serves as the historian for the Cape Cod National Seashore. He loves teaching about the historic treasures that can be found on the Outer Cape.

Brewster Place’s author and lecture series events are free and open to the public, but donations of non-perishable food items to benefit The Family Pantry of Cape Cod are welcome.
