The Cape Cod Astronomical Society will present
Dr. Larry Marschall from Gettysburg College giving a talk
on “Tiny Bit of Shakin’ Going On: Gravitational Waves
and the Universe.” He’ll cover recent developments in this
research that won MIT’s Dr. Rainer Weiss and two other
colleagues this year’s Nobel Prize.
The meeting begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, November 2
in the Dennis-Yarmouth High School Library. This event
