Please join Cape Cod Synagogue as they celebrate a Bar Mitzvah year… the 13th Anniversary of David Freelund as the Rabbi of Cape Cod Synagogue. The Cape Cod Synagogue wishes to extend an invitation to the greater Cape Cod community to help celebrate and make a memorable occasion for the 13th anniversary of Rabbi David Freelund as their spiritual leader and a leader in the community.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 6:00pm and is formal dinner theatre to be held at the Cape Cod Synagogue. The evening will boast an old‐fashioned Dean Martin Celebrity Roast, along with special guest roasters, and entertainment by ‘Swinging with the Rat Pack’, a trio out of New York City simulating the comedy, music, and all around fun of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr.

The dinner theater celebration tickets are $36 per person for general seating and $400 for sponsored tables of 8 persons. Opportunities are also available to take part in the program booklet with advertisements and special messages to Rabbi Freelund.

Under the leadership of Rabbi David Freelund for the past 13 years, Cape Cod Synagogue continues to make significant contributions to the Cape Cod community by responding to important social justice issues that affect all of our residents. Rabbi Freelund has been instrumental in helping the Synagogue provide for the homeless and those experiencing hardship, and has aligned the Synagogue with other organizations to make impacting positive changes for all people and the environment. Rabbi Freelund also plays a leading role in the interfaith community by taking part in, and hosting services and programs throughout the year.

The event will be sure to sell out and interested parties are encouraged to reserve tickets early. Additional details and a downloadable invitation packet is available at: https://capecodsynagogue.org/coming‐soon-rabbis‐13th‐year‐celebration/.

We are committed to enriching our lives and the lives of others by attending to the following six principles: worshiping God in a variety of ways that will inspire spiritual fulfillment for every congregant; preserving Jewish cultural, religious and ethical values; providing Jewish education for people of all ages; caring for and responding to the needs of others within the congregation and in the larger community; supporting the State of Israel and the Jewish people everywhere; and, pursuing justice in order to promote peace among diverse peoples in our community and the world.

Sponsored tables are limited, so early reservations are encouraged.  Additional opportunities are offered to be part of the memorable program booklet.
