Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer Liz Saunders will offer Level 1 & 2 Classes. Level 2 is an advanced class for people already comfortable with training basics.  Each unique class focuses on strength and cardiovascular training.  It may consist of moving to the beat, lifting weights, timed intervals, teams or stations, mat work and using workout props.  Modifications can be made so you can progress with confidence!  Level 1 class is for active people with focus on technique and form.  Get up to date on today’s fitness training.  Focus is on strength and cardiovascular training.  Class may consist of moving to the beat, lifting weights, timed intervals, teams or stations and using workout props.  NO mat work.  Learn HOW TO MODIFY so you can progress with confidence! Bring your own weights if you have them, wear proper workout attire (especially FOOTWEAR) and WATER!
