LoveLocal Fest Holiday Edition Comes to Dennis

DENNIS – LoveLocal Fest is returning to the Cape tomorrow with their Holiday Edition Celebration, billing itself as the ultimate holiday local shopping event.

The fourth annual affair will include more than 100 local vendors with food, beer, and entertainment for both children and adults.

“We started LoveLiveLocal as a way to share stories about local businesses and local makers, just really point out cool things that we thought were going on on Cape Cod.” said Amanda Converse, founder of the LoveLocal events.

Anchor & Helm, B+B Woodworks, Brewster Tackle Co., Cape Cod Beer, Cape Cod Chocolatier, Graceful Pottery, and The Little Beach Gallery are among the dozens and dozens of locally owned businesses who will be represented.

“It’s all Cape Cod based makers, we have food trucks and food venders, and a kid zone run by the Laurel School so that we can keep the kids busy while parents are shopping.” said Converse

The festival will be held tomorrow from noon until 5 PM at the Cape Cod Community Center in Dennis Port, with shuttles on hand to take you from you vehicle to the door.

Your $5 suggested donation upon admission supports the Media Center’s work and community resources, as well as LoveLiveLocal’s #ProjectCapeMade, which provides micro-grants to local independent makers.
