This workshop provides you with the knowledge and practice essential to explore all the capabilities of the digital camera. Laura patiently guides participants through the variables of aperture, shutter speed, ISO and shooting modes. We will learn how to incorporate these tools in the field to create images with the “wow” factor. Yes, say good bye to blasé images and immerse yourself into the world of photography among the natural wonders of Cape Cod.

This promises to be an exciting four days among the maritime forests, vernal pools, great marshes, kettle ponds and beaches. The golden hours will be devoted to photography and mid-day hours for lectures, lively discussions, friendly critiques and perhaps a short nap in the warm October sun. Please clear your calendar for the duration of the workshop.

By the workshop’s end, participants have acquired a solid understanding of manual mode on their camera, and return home with a collection of images that reflect their new expertise.
