Join local historian Peter Motyka as he  examines  the first six months of

World War II in the Pacific and discusses the intricate origins of the conflict.

This presentation will cover the southwest Pacific campaign of 1941-42 during which

Japan, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, conquered the vast region.
