A Must Try Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe

This four ingredient smoothie is a must try!

Cinnamon is definitely a spice to keep in your pantry as it confers great health benefits and of course we all know about having that apple a day…what an incredible fall treat!


  • 1 cup simply cinnamon apples (see link above)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • pinch of cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
