Brady is a quiet, house trained shih tzu type. He’s very much a homebody – after a short walk, he’s ready to get back inside to enjoy the good life – a soft bed, someone to keep him company, and maybe a toy to poke around. He is friendly greeting new people.
He is a bit overly fond of his food or tasty chewies and doesn’t care to share, so he needs a home where he will be left alone while eating. He is working on learning about trading for treats or toys and we can show you how to keep up these fun games at home. Brady seems to be fine with other animals.
This little man will need regular grooming to keep his coat in tip top shape. Brady has some medical concerns that his adopter will need to follow up with their veterinarian about. His bloodwork results shows a potential of cushings disease, which can be difficult to fully diagnose. He also has sensitive skin due to allergies; right now he is on a medication to help, and will also benefit from dietary management.
