Mufasa is a high energy, spunky boy. He is quite outgoing and confident. Mufasa gets over excited very easily and will give you a love bite whenever he is in the mood (which is frequently). His new home will need to have plenty of toys to keep him occupied. Mufasa loves to bat around fuzzy mouse toys, chase wand toys, and pretty much play with anything that he thinks looks like fun.
This smart boy is also very food motivated, so if you’re looking for a cat to learn some tricks with clicker training, he may be your guy! Because Mufasa is so quick to nip when he gets excited, he is looking for a home where his body language is respected and his spunkiness is appreciated.
He is too much for young kids – teens and up is more his speed. In his past home, Mufasa was fine with the small dog (even though the dog was not that good with him). He has not seemed to be super keen on the other cats he has seen here, however in a home environment where there is more space, he may be okay with another similarly tempered kitty. Mufasa may enjoy an indoor / outdoor option to give him that extra energy outlet.
In the right home where he has plenty of stimulation and his excitable attitude is appreciated, Mufasa will be a wonderful kitty!
