Check out DJ! Our handsome hunk came to us as a stray, poor fella. We think he’s around 5 years old but aren’t sure for certain. DJ sports a coat that’s been through quite a bit and is fortunately responding well to medication and warm baths. We discovered that he’s heartworm positive and have him on a quiet, low-activity regime until he’s all better. Despite not being able to run a marathon, DJ is quite content to snuggle on the couch and get tons of love. He might do just fine with another dog (pending an introduction) and could do well with children. Cats are a bit of unknown. Please give DJ a chance and visit him at the MSPCA-Cape Cod!
