COTUIT – The Watermelon-Alligator Theatre Company and Cotuit Center for the Arts will be joining forces to present “110 Stories” next week.
The reading is a commemoration of the events of September 11, 2001, and a portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to The Foundation for First Responders and Firefighters, a special project of the MA-based not-for-profit Firefighters Support Foundation.
From the first crash at the Towers to a last goodbye at Ground Zero, 110 Stories takes us through 9/11 as told by those who were there. Based on interviews, this docu-play weaves together stories not shown on the news, from people we can relate to…a mother, a photojournalist, an ironworker, a chiropractor, and a homeless man who saved lives that day.
110 Stories will be performed at Cotuit Center for the Arts, for one night only, on Tuesday September 10th at 7:00 pm admission is $20.
