2018 OneCape Summit to Focus on Building Environmental, Economic and Community Resilience

HYANNIS – The Cape Cod Commission is gearing up for their fifth annual ‘OneCape Summit’ set for August.

The forum will provide an opportunity for local elected leaders, municipal staff, board members, industry practitioners and community activists to discuss regional issues related to the unique environment and economy.

This year’s Summit will cover the topics of water quality, coastal resiliency, infrastructure planning, community design, and economic development. Both days feature plenary sessions, focused breakout discussions, and interactive, web-based tools for local and regional planning.

During the event, attendees will also have an opportunity to hear from local, regional and state representatives on the important issues facing the Cape’s economy and environment.

This year’s forum will take place from August 16th thru the 17th at Harwich’s Wequassett Resort.
