2019 dates Announced for 5th Annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival

CENTERVILLE – The annual Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival is coming to the Cape for the fifth straight year in 2019.

The festival calls on all gardeners from Wareham to Provincetown to celebrate the regional bloom, the hydrangea and all kinds of plants.

The festival’s main attraction is the tours of local gardens that are usually kept off-limits and maintained only by individual homeowners. Tours of these unique and private gardens are $5 per person per garden. Every garden that is toured is paired with a non-profit which receives 100-percent of the proceeds.

Check out the Hydrangea Festival Cocktail Trail, organized and sponsored by Cape Cod Beer.

Festival organizers invite any Cape-based non-profit organizations to join. Organizers also say that area businesses are welcome to host hydrangea or plant-related lectures, workshops, and demonstrations.

The Hydrangea Festival last 10 days, running from July 12 through July 21. 2019.
