SOUTH YARMOUTH – The Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s Core Certificate Program recently graduated 22 leaders from organizations across Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.
The program is designed to equip nonprofit leaders with the skills, knowledge and networks they need to make strategic, mission-driven decisions that will positively impact their organizations and the communities they serve.
Graduates received a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life at Tufts University.

This is the third year the intensive, academic year-long management and leadership program has been held on Cape Cod, and the first year with a Martha’s Vineyard specific cohort.
This year’s program was made possible by a collaboration of funders spearheaded by The Cape Cod Foundation and the Martha’s Vineyard Nonprofit Collaborative.
Registration is now open for the fourth class, set to begin this fall. Nonprofit leaders interested in applying for the program can visit nonprofitpractice.org or contact Nate Bae Kupel at [email protected]. The priority deadline is June 3, 2019; rolling admissions follow until the class is filled.
