BOURNE – Cape Cod Community College will be holding an admissions event for students on the Upper Cape next week to discuss the upcoming spring semester.
College officials will be at the Bourne Public Library on November 29 to talk particularly about the newly launched Commonwealth Commitment, a new cost-saving initiative connecting the state’s community colleges with the UMass and state university systems.
“It will be a pleasure to meet with those in the Upper Cape area who may not have taken the time to drive down to West Barnstable and really explore the amazing opportunities at the College,” said Elizabeth Daly, an admissions counselor with Cape Cod Community College.
Officials will highlight programs at the College, including the new Aviation Maintenance Technology program, which launched earlier this year at the Plymouth Municipal Airport.
Enrollment is open now for Spring 2017 classes.
