HYANNIS – Cape Cod Community College is holding their 54th Commencement Ceremony at the Cape Cod Melody Tent Thursday afternoon.
Over 660 students will graduate from the college at the event at 4 p.m., with the Dental Hygiene program pinning and Nursing Graduate program pinning taking place earlier in the day.
More than 110 students are graduating from both programs.
The first graduates of the early college program from Bourne High School will also take part in the ceremony in full cap and gown.
Those graduates will receive their high school diplomas and a full Associate in Arts degree from the college when they graduate from Bourne next month.
Mamadou Sow, a class of 2000 graduate and head of the Gaza Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross, will be the speaker at the commencement ceremony.
