EASTHAM – The Community Development Partnership has named five new board members.
They were elected unanimously by over seventy five members at the CDP’s 27th annual meeting.
The new members include Amy Costa, Tom Howes, Wil Rhymer, Raphael Richter and Peter Rice.
The board consists of 16 members who can serve two consecutive three year terms.
In addition, the organization’s Advisory Council is comprised of over sixty business and community leaders.
The CDP supports an array of lower Cape programs, including the creation of affordable housing, launching entrepreneurs and boosting local businesses.
They work on sustaining traditional industries as well as helping to launch new ones, particularly when they’re based on renewable natural resources such as fishing, farming, art and hospitality. They always aim to protect the environment.
