HYANNIS – The Housing Assistance Corporation s offering two new condo townhouses in Sandwich for $145,000 each.
The buyers will be chosen on a first-come basis. With some exceptions, applicants must be first-time home buyers. They must be able to obtain a mortgage as well as meet certain income and asset limits.
The condos are scheduled to be completed by early 2018. Features include a private patio and yard area, two bedrooms central air and more.
An Affordable Resale Restriction will be in effect to assure future affordability.
