BOSTON – The Animal Rescue league of Boston announced the appointment of their 9th president and CEO, Dr. Edward Schettino last week. Dr. Schettino has served as ARL’s Vice President of Animal Welfare and veterinary Services for the last five years.

Mary Nee who served as ARL’s 8th President will be retiring this upcoming May.
ARL’s Board cited Schettino’s extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine, deep understanding of animal welfare, business acumen and leadership skills as key attributes that qualified Schettino for the appointment.
