‘Annie’ Returns to Cotuit Center For The Arts

 


  

 

COTUIT – A person who doesn’t like the musical “Annie” is hard to find. 

The award winning musical is coming to the Cotuit Center For The Arts. The run will be November 21 and December 7.

Two of the roles will have 2 actors alternating, including Grace, the assistant to Daddy Warbucks, and the role of Annie itself. 

Director Jay Stewart said they have have two terrific actresses in the role. Both have extensive theater experience for their young ages and have become very good friends who help and support each other”. 

He has also directed “Best Christmas Pageant Ever”, “Scrooge the Musical”, and “Nunsense” for the Center. 

One of the world’s best-loved musicals, it is based on the comic strip “Little Orphan Annie”. 

The show features an upbeat message, unforgettable songs, dance numbers, dastardly villains and other unforgettable characters.
