Another Route 28 Store Robbed in Yarmouth

YARMOUTH – The Yarmouth Police Department is busy investigating robberies.

The Cumberland Farms at 1297 Route 28 was robbed Friday night just after 8 p.m.

Police said the man who robbed the convenience store was a white male who was wearing a mask but was unarmed.

The suspect demanded the clerk give him all the money in the register and then fled on foot.

Last week, three stores on Route 28 in Yarmouth were robbed by two black suspects.
