BARNSTABLE – The Town of Barnstable is reminding residents and visitors that there is still plenty of time and plenty of ways to have and art-FULL experience in town.
Town officials are promoting art activity across the seven villages, and in particular in Hyannis and Barnstable Village, the town’s two state-designated Cultural Districts.
At Bismore Park on Hyannis Harbor, the Art Shanties will remain open seven days-a-week from 11 AM through 8 PM, with artists rotating weekly.
Barnstable is also expanding their musical offerings, with varying performances at Aselton Park, The Hyannis Village Green, Main Street Hyannis, and at the Courthouse Stage in Barnstable Village.
The Summer Stroll will come to Barnstable Village tomorrow featuring music and entertainment. And the annual vintage motorcycle show will be in the village later next month.
For the health conscious among us, the Hyannis Village Green will continue to host regular Tai-Chi and Yoga throughout the summer. For the rest of us there will continue be the family-friendly movie line-up.
