MASHPEE – The winter will heat up later this month in Mashpee.
The 3rd annual Cape Cod Awesome Chili Challenge is Saturday, January 27 from noon to 5 p.m. at The New Seabury Country Club.
The event, which supports the Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod and the Falmouth Service Center, will see attendees vote on who has the best chili on Cape Cod.
The Awesome chili challenge will include live music, lots of chili, ice cream, margaritas, beer, prizes and raffles.
Chili prizes will be given for best professional, best amateur, hottest and best table presentation.
Tickets for the chili challenge, which is a 21 and older event, are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.
