Back to Business Bash to Celebrate CCYP Members

HYANNIS – The organization formerly known as Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP) will gather with 600 members, vendors and sponsors on Thursday for the 10^th Annual Back to Business Bash.

The event is the Cape’s largest business networking event and attracts young families and professionals from across the region.

CCYP Executive Director Anne Van Vleck called it the perfect opportunity to network with those in varying professional positions in the region.

“We bring in local food and local beverages,” she said. “You see everyone there from the 20-somethings who may be looking for work, all the way up to the presidents of businesses and nonprofits who make Cape Cod work.”

CCYP works to connect young people with opportunities, jobs and housing on Cape Cod.

The tenth bash’s location is a departure from the usual: this year, it will be held at the Barnstable Municipal Airport from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Van Vleck said the organization also has a senatorial candidates debate planned for October 14^th at the Cape Cod Community Media Center.
