BARNSTABLE – A Barnstable County Department of Health and Environment employee has been appointed to an Environmental Protection Agency advisory committee.
Marina Brock will represent the interests of Cape Cod on the committee, which will provide advice to the EPA on a number of strategic, technological, scientific, regulatory, and economic matters.
Brock joins 14 others in a two-year appointment to the committee.
“The citizens of Barnstable County should be aware that the County has employees like Marina who are dedicated to the protection of their safety and the environment,” said Barnstable County Administrator Jack Yunits.
Brock has been with Barnstable County since 1987.
