COURTESY OF THE TOWN OF BARNSTABLE Barnstable is looking for artists to fill available rental space at 46 Pearl Street.

The town of Barnstable is looking for interested artists to fill available artist residence and work space.

The space is in the heart of the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District at 46 Pearl Street on the Hyannis HyArts Arts Campus.

The arrts campus consists of town-owned properties providing artist living, work, gallery and community art space at the corner of Pearl and South Streets.

Studio 46 Pearl includes a gallery, pottery studio, and the Guyer Barn, which is a community art space.

Artists of all disciplines will be considered for the rental space.

The rental space is over 2,300 square feet in a two story building. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms and one full bath. The downstairs living area includes a deck entrance, laundry, gallery kitchen, dining area and a front room for studio, work and sitting space.

The monthly rental fee is set based on annual income limits for tenants’ household and will consist of a monthly payment between $1,350 and $1,900 a month plus utilities.
