Blood Drive to Support Local Hospitals Taking Place This Weekend

SOUTH YARMOUTH- In an effort to help with the over 7,500 people in need of blood per year here on Cape, officials from Cape Cod CPR are asking for the public’s support during their community blood drive.

Donations will be accepted starting today (8-18) from 9am to 3pm, at Cape Cod CPR & First Aid Training’s headquarters, located at 32 Commercial Street in South Yarmouth.

All blood accumulated during the event will go directly to Cape Cod and Falmouth Hospital’s.

Participants who donate will receive a free movie pass to a local cinema as a thank you for their support.
