DENNIS – The body of a 31-year-old Boston man was found by the Barnstable County dive team Sunday night following a search in the water off Captain Keavy Way in Dennis.
Emergency crews responded to the area, known as the “fingers” section of town, just before 6 p.m. after reports that Christopher Diozzi had been missing since Saturday.
His body was recovered later in the evening.
A statement from the Cape and Islands district attorney’s office said there was nothing to suggest the cause was death was anything other than an accident.
The case remains under investigation.
