Bourne Police to hold station tours in advance of December vote

bournepoliceBOURNE – Bourne residents will vote on Tuesday, December 6th on a question to fund construction of a new a police station in Buzzards Bay.

The measure was already approved by the Town Meeting in October.

Bourne Police will continue to answer any questions people may have about the project.

A statement from the department said they will again be hosting tours of the existing station on Thursday, November 17th and Tuesday, November 22nd starting at 6 PM.

During these tours, residents can see the entirety of the 1950s era station on Main St and ask any questions they may have.

Additional dates will be scheduled and residents that can not make a scheduled tour are encouraged to call 508-759-4420 ext 275 to arrange a time that fits their schedule.
