BREWSTER- The Brewster Coastal Committee has announced their third of five public meetings entitled “Providing Access for Water-Dependent Activities” as part of their ‘Preserving Healthy Coastal Wetlands’ discussion.
These meetings have been designed to provide community conversations on which to base the development of Brewster’s coastal resources plan, with the help of local consultant Carole Ridley.
Ridley serves as the principal of Harwich based ‘Ridley & Associates’ and also leads the practice for “Green” Programs, Natural Resource Management, and Smart Growth.
Each session will cover one of five management topics where the Committee will prepare a 2-3 page discussion paper that will run over all aspects of the issue at hand. The format is similar to the Brewster Vision workshops that took place this year and last.
Talks get underway at 6:00 PM on July 19th at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, on 869 Main Street Brewster.
