BREWSTER – Brewster is facing challenges with housing availability and affordability, leading to unbalanced demographics in terms of age and income.
The Brewster Community Network will hold a forum on the issue tonight from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Brewster Ladies’ Library.
There will be a presentation sharing the findings of a housing analysis, forecast, and second-homeowner survey conducted by The Cape Cod Commission.
Other topics will include progress, challenges and possible solutions.
The speakers will include a regulatory planner at the Cape Cod Commission, a Brewster housing coordinator and a member of the Brewster Housing Partnership Committee.
