Brewster Planning Board to Take Up Dwelling Bylaw at Next Meeting

BREWSTER – The proposed Accessory Dwelling Bylaw will continue to be reviewed and discussed at the next Brewster Planning Board Meeting.

In addition to the Bylaw discussion, the Planning Board says it also plans to discuss proposed changes to permit regulations for special events. The meeting is scheduled for September 10.

Both zoning changes will be voted on for referral to the Select Board at the Fall Town Meeting. The Planning Board Public Hearing follows on Ocotber 10.
