ORLEANS — 03/22/18 — Noah Campbell-Halley arraignment was arraigned in Orleans District Court. Campbell-Halley is a technology teacher at Stony Brook Elementary School in Brewster. He was arrested for sexual misconduct with at least two students.

BREWSTER – The Stony Brook Elementary School teacher charged with abusing two of his students was released on bail last week.
Noah Campbell-Halley, 36, was previously being held on $25,000 bail, but met $10,000 bail after the amount was lowered.
Campbell-Halley was arrested on March 22, charged with sexually assaulting two first graders at the school.
He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape of a child, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child, and one count of witness intimidation.
Prosecutors said two six-year-olds came forward with the accusations and told investigators that Campbell-Halley would take them into a windowless side room off his classroom where the alleged assaults occurred.
The children referred to the room as “the dark room.”
Campbell-Halley, formerly of Harwich, will live in Winchendon with relatives for the time being. He will not be allowed to travel east of the Cape Cod canal, except for court matters.
Campbell-Halley will return to court on June 26 for a pre-trial hearing.
He faces life in prison, if convicted.
