BREWSTER – The Brewster teacher accused of abusing two of his students was indicted on more than a dozen charges on Friday by a Barnstable County Grand Jury.

Noah Campbell-Halley, 36, was arrested in March by Brewster police after two students at the Stony Brook Elementary School came forward with allegations against the computer technology teacher.

He faces five counts of aggravated rape of a child and 11 other charges, including aggravated indecent assault and battery, assault and battery on a child, and witness intimidation.

Prosecutors said two six-year-olds came forward with the accusations and told investigators that Campbell-Halley would take them into a windowless side room off his classroom where the alleged assaults occurred.

The children referred to the room as “the dark room.”

Campbell-Halley initially faced two charges of raping a child and is now facing an additional three counts.

He was released on $10,000 bail in April and is living Winchendon with relatives. He is not allowed to travel east of the Cape Cod canal, except for court matters.
