FALMOUTH – The two year anniversary of the Sandy Hook school shooting tragedy is today and the Waquoit Congregational Church and Grandmothers Against Gun Violence will be holding a public candlelight vigil in Falmouth.
The vigil, which will be held at Margaret Noonan Park on Main Street at 6 p.m., commemorates the 60,000 victims of gun violence since the events at Sandy Hook two years ago.
Vigils have been held all weekend long nationwide.
