BARNSTABLE – Several Cape and Islands locations are in the running in a national poll of the top attractions in Massachusetts.
USA Today has compiled a list of 20 Bay State destinations and has asked voters to select their favorite attraction.
The Cape Cod National Seashore, Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, Plimoth Plantation, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket all made the list. They are up against statewide attractions such as Fenway Park, Tanglewood, and Boston’s Freedom Trail.
Voting is open until October 10 at noon and the winners will be announced on October 13.
