Cape Cod 5 Holds Topping of Ceremony for New Hyannis Campus

HYANNIS – Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank celebrated the completion of a major milestone for its new campus in Hyannis last week.

A topping-off ceremony was held for the placement of the structure’s final steel beam.

The new 80,000 square-foot building on Route 132 at Attucks Lane will house nearly 300 employees currently working in multiple administrative offices.

The property will also include an existing 12,000 square-foot building that will include a customer banking center.

“This milestone is a significant moment in the life of Cape Cod 5 as we look forward to the Bank’s future and the new opportunities we will have to further serve our customers and communities,” said Dorothy Savarese, president and CEO of Cape Cod 5.

“Our new campus will offer expanded capabilities – advanced technology, collaborative innovation, increased efficiencies and the enhanced ability to adapt to our customers’ diverse needs – while enabling us to continue providing exceptional, personal service.”

Construction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2019.
