ORLEANS – A local bank has been named one the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe for the second year in a row.
Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank ranked 14th among all large employers in the Commonwealth.
Companies were evaluated for their direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement through a confidential employee survey.

The survey information was collected by Energage, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
Over 60,000 individuals from over three hundred Massachusetts organizations were surveyed in consideration for the Top Places to Work.
