HYANNIS – The Cape Cod Chamber Orchestra, the region’s newest professional music ensemble, will present their ‘Summer Celebration’ this July.
The orchestra conducted by Matthew Scinto, will showcase the depth and beauty of orchestral strings and harp through a diverse selection of repertoire including Vaughan Williams’ “Five Variants on Dives and Lazarus”, Mozart’s spirited “Violin Concerto in D”, performed by Lefkowitz, and Ravel’s “Introduction and Allegro, and more.
Festivities will begin on Sunday, July 29th at 3 pm, at Pilgrim Congregational Church on 533 Main Street, Rt. 28, in Harwich Port.
General admission is $25, $30 for special reserved seating, $15 for student’s ages 12 through college, and children under 12 are admitted free.
