HYANNIS- Organizers from The Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative are gearing up for their second annual “Net Zero Cape & Islands Roundtable Conference” this week.
This year’s event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Lynne Carter who will speak to topics such as policy driving action, the transportation revolution, innovations in financing climate action, renewable energy, offshore wind, and more.
The conference will also invite 200 climate action leaders and policy makers from across the Cape and beyond to share best practices, strategies, and goals for achieving a carbon neutral footprint for the Cape & Islands.
The day-long conference will be held from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 10th at the Cape Cod Resort and Conference Center in Hyannis. Admission for the gathering is by invitation only.
