Cape Cod Healthcare Gala to Benefit VNA of Cape Cod

HYANNIS – Cape Cod Healthcare’s annual Summer Charity Gala will take place on July 30 at The Ridge Club in Sandwich.

Proceeds will benefit the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod in celebration of its 100th Anniversary.

The VNA has grown to over 850 employees providing home health and hospice services to more than 388,000 patients annually.

“Over the years, our gala attendees and sponsors have raised more than $3 million to advance critical programs, initiatives and projects that have transformed healthcare on Cape Cod,” said Michael Lauf, president and CEO of Cape Cod Healthcare. “This is an occasion to celebrate the great work of all those at the VNA who are helping to bring best practices in home healthcare to our residents of Cape Cod, the islands and beyond.”

The 2016 Summer Charity Gala is supported by the Lyndon Paul Lorusso Charitable Foundation, Royal Health Group and Dellbrook/JKS.

The event begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by dinner. Music and dancing is provided by Soul Sound Review.
