Cape Cod Healthcare Opens Two New Urgent Care Centers

KA_Hyannis_Cape Hospital08_11315HYANNIS – Cape Cod Healthcare has opened two new Urgent Care Centers in Hyannis and Falmouth.

With the addition of the two new locations, Cape Cod Healthcare now offers Urgent Care Centers, including in Sandwich and Harwich.

“We spaced them so that everybody has access to a Cape Cod Healthcare facility,” said Dr. Craig Cornwall, Director of the Emergency Center at Cape Cod Hospital. “We like to think we have better quality, more convenience, and better connectivity.”

The Urgent Care Centers are staffed by emergency room-trained physicians and nurses and provide convenient, seven-day access to health care.

“They can provide walk in services, no appointments necessary, minor injuries, minor illnesses, we do very well with lacerations, ankle sprains, sore throats, ear infections,” said Cornwall.

The Urgent Care facilities are open from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hyannis: 1220 Iyanough Rd.

Falmouth: 273 Teaticket Highway

Sandwich: Stoneman Outpatient Center, Route 130

Harwich: Fontaine Outpatient Center 525 Long Pond Drive
