HYANNIS – The Cape Cod Literacy Council has announced an affiliation with the Job Training & Employment Corporation.
The nonprofit organization works to ensure that all adults on the Cape are literate.
Affiliation discussions with JTEC began as it became more difficult to meet increasing demand for services.
JTEC will assist the organization to help meet that demand.
The literacy council provides free services using several volunteers.
