WELLFLEET – Michael Valora has been named as the new Chief Ranger of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Valora’s career with the National Park Service has spanned decades, working at sites such as Gettysburg National Military Park and Valley Forge National Historical Park.
The new Chief Ranger will be tasked with leading local programs that relate to law enforcement, lifeguard operations, fires, and more.
