Cape Cod National Seashore to Host Cape Cod Artist Exhibit

poolsEASTHAM – During the month of December, the Cape Cod National Seashore will exhibit from artist Jennifer Moller as part of its “Perspectives: Seeing Cape Cod National Seashore through Art” series.

Moller has created a body of work that represents the passage of time, the resiliency of nature, and the transformational beauty of kettle pools.

Moller is an award winning media artist, photographer, and arts educator.

She has created several public video installations, including “seas”, which is in the private collection of the Hood Museum in Dartmouth.

Her photography and videos have been exhibited nationally and she curated several video/media festivals at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum on Cape Cod.

She has taught at the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University, New England School of Photography and the Santa Fe Media Workshops.

In 2010 she was invited to teach as a visiting artist at the Institute of American Indian Art in Santa Fe.

She currently resides on the Cape and in Boston and teaches digital design at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Meet the artist during a reception on December 10 from 2-4 p.m. in the exhibit room at the Salt Pond Visitor Center in Eastham.
