Cape Cod Officials Respond to Growing Heroin Crisis

As heroin and opiate addiction rates continue to go up on Cape Cod and around the country, many organizations and groups are looking for ways to respond. Barnstable County, Cape Cod Healthcare and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce are all trying to be proactive with education and outreach programs.
