HYANNIS – Nominations for the 2019 American Red Cross of the Cape, Islands and Southeast Massachusetts are available now before the annual event takes place on Friday, April 5th.
The Heroes Breakfast recognizes those in the Southeast Massachusetts community who saved a life, helped someone in need or served the community in an extraordinary way.
The Red Cross chapter will honor community service, lifesaving, individuals with disabilities, armed forces, professional and youth heroes.
Nominations close on December 31st at 5pm and heroic acts must have taken place between December 1, 2017 and December 28, 2018.

Nominators will be contacted by early February about the status of their nomination and selected heroes will be announced by the end of February.
The breakfast will be held at the Resort & Conference Center at Hyannis at 7:30am.
